Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

   HireTrainVA(hereinafter referred to as “HireTrainVA”, “the Service Provider”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Any and all purchases made from us (including all related programs and courses) are covered by the following policies.


   Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.

   Privacy Policy

   Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website and any purchases made on our website.

   No Guarantee of Results

   We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific financial, personal relationships, or other results or earn any specific amount of income or reach any particular goal. The information provided is provided only on an informational basis and is only for your personal use. If you use such information, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions and actions that result from your decision to use such information.  We will never provide legal, professional, tax, or financial advice. There is no assumption of responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials or written information.

   Entrepreneurship and real estate investing involve risk and hard work. Always consult with your financial, tax, finance, legal and business professionals. Any testimonials showing the success of our clients are not to be interpreted as common, typical, or expected. It takes education, drive and hard work to reach your goals.

   Digital Download Products

   There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to the programs and/or courses, and/or training platform for the amount of time that was stated in the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact us immediately at admin@hiretrainva.com so we can resolve the issue. The purchase of a training module or course does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. Digital Access is deemed fully delivered when the email is sent to the email address used to sign up for the services. If you do not receive the digital access link within 5 calendar days of signing your service agreement, it is incumbent upon you to email admin@hiretrainva.com to inform the Company that you have not received the link. If you have not sent an email to notify the Company that you have not received the link and the email was delivered to your email address, the digital assets are deemed fully delivered.

   If you have subscribed to the month-to-month training program, to cancel your subscription please let us know asap or send an email to membership@hiretrainva.com. Please be advised, that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have cancelled. There are no refunds regardless of usage of the product.

   All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

   Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products are NOT subject to cancellation or refund. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation”  policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to.

   The client is entitled to a refund up to 30 days after the initial purchase of one or more of the hiring packages only: Hire, Hire/Train. The fee refunded will be the initial sum the Client paid for the service minus the paying platform fees.

   To be eligible for the refund, the following conditions have to be met:

  • We have not been able to fulfill our part of the agreement and no candidates have been submitted for approval.
  • No candidate proposed by HireTrainVA was hired
  • The job description or candidate requirement proposed by the Client has not changed in the meantime

   There is NO refund on subscription products (Va Gym and/or Insurance), as well as courses or other services purchased online (inlcuding, but not limited to KPI Beast, Call Analysis, ScriptBook, etc).

   By signing the Agreement, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy.

   If at any time you have delinquent invoices past 30 days for the subscription programs, your account will be suspended.

   If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our company immediately at 615-988-5110 during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue, or send us an email at support@hiretrainva.com. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

   Payment Plans

   If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

   Coupon Codes

   If you have received a coupon code for special offers or discounts, the code is only good for single use and for certain events or groups. Any misuse of the coupon codes will be addressed and the service is subject to cancellation. Offers and discounts may not be combined.
