Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

    Welcome to HireTrainVA LLC (hereinafter referred to as “HireTrainVA”, “the Service Provider”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). We offer a wide range of services, including virtual assistant hiring and training, business consulting, continuity programs, digital products, and free resources (such as lead magnets). By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, and by engaging with us, you accept them in their entirety.

2. Business Use Only

  Our services are intended solely for business purposes. We do not allow our services to be resold or redistributed without explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use, including reselling, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our services or content, is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

  All content on our website, including text, images, trademarks, and designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of HireTrainVA LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal or business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without our explicit written consent are prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

  All payments must be made upfront before services are rendered. We accept online payments, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Recurring payments (if applicable) are collected in advance for the specific billing period (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit. Refunds will be processed for the net amount received by our company, minus platform fees, provided that no candidates were hired, no suitable candidates were proposed, and the client has not altered the original job description.

Additionally, clients are entitled to free virtual assistant replacements for 30 days. Clients may also opt-in for 90 days of free replacements by selecting the Right Fit Guarantee at the time of hiring. This option is available directly on the hiring page.

6. Digital Products and Services

  All sales of digital products (courses, training modules, etc.) are final. No refunds are available once access is provided. If you experience any issues with accessing your digital products, please contact us at support@hiretrainva.com within 5 calendar days of purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success with virtual assistants hired through our service, as success depends on many factors. However, we offer a replacement window of either 30 days or 90 days based on the chosen service plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Subscriptions and Payment Plans

  If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan, the customer is responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon payments. If payments are missed, access to the digital product or platform will be revoked, and payments made will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for incomplete payment plans.

10. Coupons and Offers

  Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Offers are only valid during the promotion period, and misuse of coupon codes may result in service cancellation. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

11. No Guarantee of Results

  We do not guarantee specific financial, personal, or business results. All information and materials provided are for informational purposes only. By using our services, you agree that you are responsible for your decisions and actions based on the information provided. We do not provide legal, professional, tax, or financial advice, and any testimonials are not indicative of guaranteed results.

12. Governing Law

  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Modifications

  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes to the terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
